The JASIN Program is designed as a study abroad opportunity for current university student.
Applicants must
1) have successfully completed at least one year of university study.
2) be in good academic standing at their university.
3) have adequate English ability to participate in the Japan Studies classes which are conducted in English.
4) apply to the Program through one of our affiliated universities.
5) not have already completed two terms in the Program.
IMPORTANT:Because all applicant apply to the JASIN Program through a JASIN affiliated university, you should first contact your home university study Abroad Office. However, please be aware that no matter what the application procedures and materials required at the student's home university, the JASIN Program must receive all of the first eight materials listed under "Application Materials" on the third page of the Application Form. An applicant will not be considered for admission if they fail to provide any of these materials.
