"NUFS Streetcar Photo Contest" Winners Announced

To celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Nagasaki School Corporation and 10th anniversary of Nagasaki University of Foreign Studies, an "NUFS streetcar" began running in Nagasaki on May 1, 2010.

On November 8, the university opened the "10th Anniversary NUFS Streetcar Photo Contest", receiving 48 entries from 18 individuals in the Camera category and 19 entries from 9 people in the Cell Phone category.

On December 19, the winners were announced at a ceremony on campus:

Camera category
President's award: Eiichiro Watanabe
Excellence award: Osamu Ono
Originality award: Mariko Maeda and Morinobu Fujisue

Cell Phone category
President's award: Mr. Iwanaga
Excellence award: Masakazu Kobayashi
Originality award: Jiayu Wang
