The Nagasaki Museum of History and Culture is now featuring an exhibit of works by author and illustrator Mitsumasa Anno. Beginning with Mysterious Pictures in 1968, Anno has produced children's books for more than 35 years, winning the Hans Christian Andersen Award, Brooklyn Museum of Art Award, and many other accolades.
For free tickets to the exhibit (normal admission: 1,000 yen), please ask for "Ikuno-san" at the university office. (Limit 2 tickets per student until supplies are exhausted.) The exhibit runs through June 5.
