Borrowing

You may borrow up to 5 books for a period of 2 weeks. To borrow materials, please show them and your ID card (or permit for outside users) at the circulation counter.

Renewing

If you wish to extend the loan period, bring the books together with your ID card to the circulation counter by the due date and make an application. If there is no other person who wants to borrow the materials, you may extend your loan up to two times for a total of six weeks.

Returning

Materials must be returned to the circulation counter by the due date. Please strictly adhere to the due date. Penalties will be imposed for overdue items.

Reservations

If books you would like to borrow are out on loan, a reservation can be made. Fill out the "Application Form for Reservation" and make an application at the circulation counter.
